General Comments

I got a Crossman 1008 Repeater a few weeks ago second hand. First look, it did look a bit flimsy as it is completely plastic.
I filled the 3 clips it came included with pointed .177 as I read on this site they were the best to use. At first, nearly every pellet jammed. I soon realised that this was only because the pellets are not easy to load into the clip. I sorted this by after loading each pellet to just push it in a wee bit with a cocktail stick. You must first make sure that you have a flat surface on which you can put the edge of the clip to stop the pellet poking out the end. please reply to this to let me know if this helps.
I get about 50 accurate shots from one 12g canister. The pistol is only accurate 13metres. I don't know the exact power but it can pierce a can both sides at this range.
I hope this helps

peirces a can at only 13 meters? thats actually pretty weak. my crossman 2240 can accurately shoot 50 metes and peirce a can that distance to, but I don't know how much you paid for it so I can't really judge. I'd pay about 10-20 bucks for something like that.
