Very expensive
Terrible customer service
We live in a 2 bed new build. My husband and I both work long hours, so we never cook at home. We pay £83 monthly to Powergen for gas for 2 people, while my husbands restaurant gets a quarterly bill of £43. Powergen keep insisting that this amount is right, while our neighbours in the same style house pay a monthly bill of £30 with a different supplier.
