They have a number of branches, and staff are polite and try to help
Very heavy charges for going overdrawn are applied at every opportunity, even if you were overdrawn by a matter of hours!
Halifax phone you up to ask when your account will be brought into credit a day before your regular salary is about to go in. Surely they will be able see that by reviewing your statement!
