Too many.
If you are planning on getting a Halifax credit card, think twice before you act!
Customer service is not useful in finding a solution when you have lost your job (I pay for insurance), and they say I am not entitled to help for some stupid reason. Very high interest at 20.9%, which they should keep going at the rate of 17.9%. If you try to make a complaint it's a bit hard, and at the end you are wrong when they make a mistake. You have to constantly call to keep yourself informed as to whether your Direct debit is still 'live'.
Customer service can't find proper answers when you ask just a simple question.
I am considering paying off this card and going to another credit card company!
