What a fun cat!
Tonks are small cats with an incredible personality. You'll likely want two for full effect.
Lovely eyes are deceptively innocent.
Our Tonk can't seem to play with the other cat without his claws bared to the max. If yours does this, or your furniture can't take anymore, you can easily apply Soft-Paws to their nails. I thought the application process would be like trying to give a cat a bath, but it was remarkably simple.
I love the Tonkinese breed. Not as pointy-Siamese looking due to the Burmese influence, they are very affectionate and great fun.
Ours is an endless source of entertainment, but must be frequently rescued from inside dressers, cupboards and closets, which must ALWAYS be investigated if someone opens them. They are not as helpless as the breeder would have had me believe, promptly swatting our dog across the nose upon first meeting. He now gets along just fine with the dog.
