Good Points

Vast choice of DVD's


Bad Points

Appalling turn around times. Poor complaints procedures. Pretty much useless customer services and technical departments.


General Comments

Generally the turn around times are poor. Screen Select don't work weekends. If you return a DVD on Thursday it probably won't be processed until Monday (in my experience) by the time a new rental gets through your letterbox your looking a Tuesday at the earliest you can add a day to that if it's a bank holiday weekend. Thank good I haven't 'experienced' the Xmas period yet.

To the top that off they received my DVD returns last Thursday and they still haven't allocated me any new DVDs (as of writing this review it is now Wednesday, thats 6 days), despite having more than 70 titles in my queue.

Their claim of Unlimited DVD rentals per month is a joke, they are a joke and if you don't want the joke to be on you... keep clear.

It's funny the 1st time I saw the advertisement for Screen Select above a toilet in the gents in the pub, which is quite apt, giving how poor their service is.

    To be fair there is no postal service on Sunday, there's nothing they can do about that.
