It does get a lot of spam
Bad Points
Blocks good messages too.
General Comments
I have been using Spamjab for over 12 months now and I have noticed a large amount of time when their server is unreachable. Spam Jab is generally good but it blocks good massages which I find annoying as you have to log in and check through daily. I am now using In Boxer
