It's a processed drink a bit like Macdonalds and if you don't work it off you're just going to gain weight, spots etc. I don't think it's necessary, you need to build up your fitness through other ways and you wont feel as good at the end of it than if you did it without this drink (inside you'll feel better).
General Comments
Okay to drink but probably just for becoming a very unhealthy person. XS Energy was okay but then again I'd rather have a healthy subsitute for it and make it myself instead of convenience drinks as well. But it kept you going I supose.
