Good Points
Cheap but quality varies.

Bad Points
I bought it and it kill two cpu alreay, because the motherboard was manufactured with some defects with it. It will always fail to boot up at 1st time, until the second time it can but within a mintues. I have tested ram, CPU, the power supply and the rest of my assembly with other PC, they are just ok.

Also, the bios seems to have some bugs. If I change any hardware, then I have to clear the CMOS settings before I can startup the machine.
Otherise, it just hangup there and drop dead.

General Comments
So, do buy it unless from a reliabe source and confirm if is the bug of the bios or it is just like that.

Think it over carefully before you decide.

Good Luck
