This is my third machine in a year The metal under the seat wears away.
General Comments
I have used Instant Abs religiously every day for 36 minutes since the beginning of January. I have lost a stone in weight and my stomach is much flatter. My only concern is that I am now on my third machine because the other two fell apart. The supplier kindly replaced the last one free of charge. Also where you move on the seat from side to side, underneath the metal wears away. Other than that the Instant Abs is a great product.

I'm just wondering how you do the 36 mins because i do 5 mins of each of the 7 exercises on the video, and no results yet (not done it today, had a break from it yesterday, did it the 3 days before yesterday).
So I was wondering how do you distribute the 35/6 mins to the 7 exercises?
