The website was easy to use
Renewal time has come, and there is now an 8% charge to pay monthly. Went from 9 years no claim discount to 3 years after a single, less than £500 claim.
I had an accident last August, and I rang Privilege Car Insurance on Saturday morning. The call centre was OK. My car was taken for repair on the Wednesday. I had a good quality courtesy car. The repair was fine and done on time. Excellent service. The renewal is still the cheapest I can find.
