Great looking abs and a stomach that would take months without to get, follow along to the dvd and it even makes exercise fun.
No bad points as such
If used on a regular basis and used correctly you can achieve great results with the Six Second Abs, if left in a cupboard and used once in a blue moon then don't expect to have abs like Arnie.
