The loss of your hard earned cash


General Comments

Auto Match promise when they phone that they have buyers already lined up to pay the asking price and once the buyer takes their finance you will receive £50 back (they keep £9.95 for admin) that was over a week ago and no callers and when we call they keep saying their computers are down and to call back. I have since read other review regarding this and also found out that since they are based in the Channel Islands our Trading Standards cannot touch them!

    I'm still trying to get hold of them as the 'Customer Service' number is unobtainable. If anyone can give me another number they have used in the last few weeks (to 17th October) I'd be really grateful. I know it probably won't make any difference, but it will make me feel better!!
