Easy to book online.
Bad Points
The car was not reserved because the clerk in Wichita had misread the Fax.
General Comments
Airline network doggedly stuck to the ABTA 28 day rule for replying to complaints, and I am still waiting for a refund.
The call centre were in a hurry to get me off the phone, and they were no help at all.
