The DVD 958 is a good DVD player - built at Philips in Hungary, it seems well built and is a high gloss green colour. can buy cheaper from http://www.hed.com for DVD 958 with multi-region.

This DVD I got it from Philips with multi-region and it quite good and if you stop the disc and and left switch on - the player usual switch off itself in 5 mins same as my Philips VR969 video recorder, it quite nice glossy green --- it also support any disc, if you buy dvd recorder I sugguest to wait until 2006 because it will merge DVD-R/+R and RAM that would save yer money, at the moment buy any multi-region dvd player to watch great films.
