Good Points

The hotel was fabulous. The staff were great, the food was lovely, the rooms spotless, the grounds well looked after and there was plenty on offer for the kids. The resort was great; quiet pleasant and very clean and the beach was one of the best I've seen.


Bad Points

The only bad point I can think of is that we came for one week instead of two! The reps were very busy and quite new I think. Instead of waiting for ages to speak to them we asked our questions at the reception.


General Comments

We booked our excursions through the Alcudia Pins Hotel reception, who were very helpful and they used a local tour company based in the resort called No Frills Excursions. They were miles cheaper than the reps. We went to Marineland and Aqualand. We spent longer time than in the parks than the Airtours trip did too!

A visit to the port is a must. Very pleasant, especially on an evening. Same with the old town. You can get the local bus just outside the hotel on the main road.
