Good Points
The most fabulous and dramatic of settings.
An exceptional building.
Very good service.
Great food.

Bad Points
None. I love it for what it is, a majestic old lady of a building, and don't expect the polish of a new chain hotel.

General Comments
Having had my wedding reception at Peckforton Castle yesterday (10/6/06), I just wanted to say how fabulous the whole day was. The Castle looked breathtaking, with the high sandstone ramparts making the perfect back drop for the photo's.



There were plenty of staff on hand, and all were friendly, helpful and welcoming.



The Wedding breakfast was of a really good quality (I can definitely recommend the lamb) and served efficiently, quickly and piping hot.



I recommend Peckforton Castle wholeheartedly!
