Good card designs, and it is a Visa, so it is accepted worldwide.
Customer service is awful.
They are always closed when you want to do anything.
I have had a Capital One credit card for about a year. I made full payments every month without fail, and now, for the first time, I forgot to pay, so they have slapped a £20 charge on me for going overdue, and that has now sent me £6.50 over my credit limit, so no doubt they are going to charge me for that now too. Thanks. So, I tried to call to pay over the phone. After 10 minutes of pressing buttons to actually get to speak to a human being, I was told they were closed and to call back later. This was at 2pm on a Saturday. I then called at 12.45 on the Sunday, only to be cut off by the Indian call centre after spending 10 minutes on hold, and when I managed to get through again, I was told, you guessed it, "sorry we are now closed". Do you want my money or not Capital One?
