General Comments
Poor customer service and lack of entertainment at the Portobello Beach Hotel in Kardamena. The kids were bored. The sports equipment, such as tennis and table tennis rackets were held together with gaffer tape, and the tennis balls had holes in them (only 2 tennis rackets for 2 courts). Only 2 English speaking TV channels (news orientated), and mostly German and Italian channels available. Main restaurant food was a bit repetitive, and the other themed restaurants such as Greek, Italian and Chinese were not up to par. In fact, the Chinese restaurant was a joke and a bit insulting to holiday makers who are well travelled and enjoy authentic foods.
I definitely would not go back!
