I bought this car as a second car - to my husbands thoroughly useless (and soon to be sold on) Nissan X Trail!
I looked at Ford Ka's and thought they were tinny and basic compaired to the Pug.
The boot is big enough for a weeks shopping at Tesco's or a frisky Staffordshire Bull Terrier!
All in all it's stylish, solid, fab extras such as electric windows, central locking, air conditioning, got plenty of oomph especially in 2nd 3rd and 4th and economical. Want a small car/second car? Buy a 206 1.4 lx !!
Haven't thought of anything bad just yet - I will update if she gives me any grief!
The Peugeot 206 1.4 LX ticks all the boxes for a small car. I find the handling perfect - superbly responsive power steering. You ask it and it does it! The seats are great - accomodating the tallest and shortest of people. I am only 5ft and the driving position is very good. The car feels solid and safe compared to most other small cars. In my opinion the interior is stylish and the extra touches like the radio controls on the steering wheel make driving this small car an enjoyable experience. I find fuel economy fairly good - insurance cheap, and despite all the tales of Pugs being unreliable, I have found mine to start every time, first time.
