General Comments

I selected a return ticket from 1-800-CheapSeats.com leaving at 8:20pm, and they somehow booked me for the 6:22pm flight. When I entered my credit card number, the itinerary said 8:20pm and after charging my credit card the itinerary said 6:22pm. There was no confirmation (like you have at Amazon or other online stores when you are buying goods). I was upset and called the customer service immediately. They wouldn't pick up the phone (the phone was ringing, I wasn't on wait). After trying more than 10 times, I finally got to a customer service rep who refused to help me. They offered to cancel my flight for a fee of 35 Dollars, even though I had booked it about 10 minutes ago. The customer service rep was totally unprofessional, and responded with a "hi" when she picked up the phone and went into a long silence.

The price is low, but prices are low at other online booking sites as well. I regret doing business with these guys, and I would never buy tickets from them again.

    That is almost exactly what happened to me - 1-800-CheapSeats were terrible to deal with.
