The worst customer service ever


General Comments

I ordered a music CD from 101CD in April, and I am still awaiting delivery.

The website offers on-line order tracking, which sounds useful, but in my experience it is a waste of time.

In the past 7 weeks the status of my order on the on-line tracking has regularly changed from "processing" to "with supplier" and back again, with no sign of a delivery on the horizon.

I have used the website to message "customer service" several times to try to chase delivery. This normally prompts a quick, but useless response. OK, I hear back quickly, but the wording of the reply closely follows a script which does not actually say what is happening to my order.

From my experience, I certainly will not order from them again.
