Good Points

Solid build quality, good handling, good quality trim, great ride quality, good fuel consumption, nice gearbox easy servicing, reliable, great brakes

Bad Points

Tyre wear, 1.8 engine not suited to heavy car, fake wood trim, poor rear vision from mirrors.

General Comments

Just love the Rover 75 1.8 Club, chunk solid real quality. Much more fun to drive than the 600 series but 1.8 K16 engine is brash and not suited to car.
Handles very nicely in a solid sober sort of a way but can suprise the boy racer if you want it to. Brake pad life better than 60,000 miles. Brakes are very good and progressive. Unlike previous larger Rovers tyre wear is more of an issue running tyres at 35 psi helps without spoiling the excellent ride too much.

Poor rear vision makes it essesential to fit parking reversing sensors if your model dosen't have them..
