General Comments

I was trying to buy a house through Bridgfords Countrywide Estate Agents (Handforth). I was renting, and the mortgage was in place and ready to go!

At first I was told there was no chain, then it was a chain longer than my toilet chain. The survey came back with problems with the roof and no lintels, so I paid for a private survey to be done, only to be told the same!

This has taken up 4 weeks of my life, and in between all of this I have made every call to them to tell them what's happening and to find out what the vendor wants. No calls were made to me whatsoever as far as I can remember. Furthermore, the vendor now wants the asking price to correct all the problems.

    Bridgfords Estate Agents are the same every where. They are not fit to sell vegetables & have put themselves to sell properties!!!
