Dont touch with a 10ft barge pole. Took money very quickly but 3 polite emails later no replies, and no tickets. Less than 2 weeks before show we have had to risk it and buy another 2 tickets from someone else, because we had to book time of work and a hotel as well as child care. Had to brunt the cost of another £120 and put it down to experience if Sold Out Gig tickets arrived at the last minute.
Very disappointed. Sold Out Gig's website appears never to be updated with information on the gigs. Currently still talks about Kaiser Cheifs which played back in April! No choice in tickets and no description of what they are, standing, sitting and so on.
Do Sold Out Gig not understand that people have to make arrangements when going to a concert, particulary when it's mid week. We need confirmation at least that the order has been received and the tickets will be dispatched, even if that is to be at the last minute. Most everyday people cannot afford to have a no guarantee service in such circumstances as concert tickets.
