Can hold lots of song.
Not compatible with alot of computers.
Battery doesn't last very long.
Since the first day I have TRIED to use my Apple ipod all it has done is cause me problems. Since installing i-tunes, my laptop has never worked properly. I now know from discussing this problem with other unfortunate ipod users that this is not an uncommon problem, which of course is never mentioned before buying an ipod. I have spent hours talking to "ipod technical support" and they have never been able to resolve my problem. It would seem that their IT knowledge is either limited or that Ipod/itunes is just not compatible with certain computers and all the IT knowledge in the world could not resolve the problems itunes causes a computer. I have now been told that because my issue was not resolved within 90 days I am no longer entitled to "FREE" phone technical support I now must sign up and pay for more useless technical support which I have no intention of doing. I really do strongly regret the day I ever bought an ipod.
