Allianz Cornhill's response to my complaint that it took them 5 months to resolve, was that they acted in a professional manner. It is now in the hands of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

I found this review very helpful because... Its taken then over a year so far to resolve my claim, and my claim too is now in the hands of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
