Contrary to the previous reviewer, I have found Inspirations to be professional, helpful, and most of all, honest about their services. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. I saved over £4k against the competition. The product is excellent, and I look forward to many hours in the garden!
Bad Points
Took over 3 hours to install.
General Comments
I would recommend Inspirations Bocca Granda hot tubs and spas to all. Very good product, and the after sales was great, especially from the service manager. They operate a direct sales business and appear to offer many savings over other dealers (they are apparently a distributor).

I don't agree with this review... the after sales service is the worst I have ever received and the service manager hasn't even got the good manners to get back in touch, very poor customer service. Even fitters say it comes down to who shouts the loudest for delivery... apparently loads of people are waiting for Inspirations to fulfil their obligations.
