From the day I contacted Nationwide about a mortgage, I found the staff genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole swap from my previous lender was dealt with very well, considering my last lender was not the most helpful. I look to staying with this company for a long time!

I agree totally with this review. I took out a morgage with Nationwide 18 months ago and it was a real pleasure....well apart from incurring the massive debt. I was a first time buyer so it was all new, but they explained everything very clearly. The fixed rate was very competitive too.
