General Comments

I ordered a ruck sack for travelling and a carry-on bag for the plane journey from Itchy Feet. The carry-on bag was not available as it was discontinued by the manufacturer (and removed from the website immediately after my order was put through).

The shop telephoned me and had a list of alternative bags to my specification. Whilst on the telephone the shop assistant went to the stock room, taking me on the cordless phone, and opened each bag to describe the layout, the number of pockets and the types of zips. Not the sort of service you would expect from other online retailers!

Due to the delay the shop put the bags in the next day delivery post at no extra costs and I am wholly satisfied with the service I received. The bags were as described, were well-packed and came with a catalogue of seasonal items, some of which were not on the website which is probably a minus point but I'm not going to be churlish!

I have not given top marks as the bags that I bought have a high retail price and although I paid less there was some saving to be made at other websites although this was minimal - possibly £5 beween the two items taking postage into account.
