Very clear, straightforward catalogue.

I have never had any products home delivered by Argos. I always collect products in store. I have had my fair share of problems, but Argos have always resolved them with the minimum of fuss. If I have a problem with one of the products, my local store don't even bother to check the item out, they just give you your choice of a refund or a replacement!

The catalogue is very clear, and it is brilliant considering that it is free.

In my experience, Argos is a great company, and I always try to buy products off them instead of other companies.
