Transaction time too long.
Web application sucks.
I made a transfer from ING Direct internet banking to my checking account, but they switched the transaction and tried to transfer money from my checking to the ING account. I know they switched it. I needed to put money in my checking account to cover some checks. Then they tried to make me feel dumb. Well, I was dumb. I did not print out the confirmation page, so I do not have proof. My checking account got overdrawn and I had to pay an NSF fee.
I could have made the mistake, yes, but I doubt it. Thanks, but no thanks. The interest rates are not good enough to deal with the hassles they put you through for your own money!
