Good Points

Nicely situated to get to the beach, although there is that busy main road as mentioned.
The rooms were adequate with plenty of storage and clean towels every day.
The hotel was clean and tidy in all areas.
There was plenty of good entertainment day and night for children and adults.
Large pool plenty of sun loungers.
Breakfast/evening meal had a good variety and plenty of it.
Staff were very nice at all times.

Bad Points

There was air conditioning in the room, but it wasn't very effective.
The lift did tend to be a bit slow, but only at peak use time ie meal times.

General Comments

Our holiday to Alcudia was our first trip abroad with our five year old grandaughter. We stayed at the Delfin Azul Hotel and we weren't quite sure what to expect, but we need not have worried, because there was plenty of good entertainment on for children and adults alike, and plenty for the kids to do. The kids club in the day had pony rides twice a week, they also did a variety of pool-side games throughout the day for kids and adults. They had a disco and bouncy castle, plus trampolines and slot games in the evening. There was a show on every night for adults, which was excellent entertainment.

Plenty of good food, and the dining room was run smoothly. One night our grandaughter fell asleep at dinner time, and my husband went down and was allowed to bring food up to the room for me.

The resort was clean and tidy, and the beach was also clean, although a bit smelly at the far end nearest the town, so avoid this end.

We went on a day trip to Marineland, which we got through the reps. Although it was a good day out, it cost 110 Euros for the three of us, which I thought was a bit much. If you could find out how much it would cost to go it alone, it might be better value.
