It is a simple fun and addictive way to build up wrist and fore-arm muscles. It has a display on the top which shows a highscore so you are able to record top scores. There is a life time guarantee with powerballs so if you damage it a new one will be sent free of charge.
Bad Points
It is very easy to lose the strings given although they can be replaced. The sound made by the powerball can get on your nerves and I have had blisters from using it.
General Comments
The Powerball is a gyroscope and the idea is to match the speed of it by using circular wrist actions. Gradually increasing the speed of your wrist actions will increase the resistance making it harder and harder to keep up. Powerballs come in a variety of colours and are a good way to kill boredom
