Good Points

Awesome photocoping, scanning and easy to use.


Bad Points

Unfortunately these printers are not worth the initial outlay, as I have had 3 replacements and none have lasted 12 months, cost is to high to keep on replacing these with only a 3 month warranty period.


General Comments

I first purchased a HP PSC2410 printer 18 months ago for $599.00, this printer lasted approx 6 months had a paper jam which could not be released and a replacement was given at a cost of $225.00 in June 2005, with a 3 month warranty,this replacement printer has now given up the ghost after 10 months,this time is not able to power up, after having this checked and confirmed the problem being with the main board, again another replacement was offered and declined as this was going to cost another $245.00 out of warranty, this means over 18 mths this printer would have costed me $1069.00 odd and still not guaranteed that this would work either for any length of time. My advise to anyone out there to beware of these printers, I certainly won't be touching HP anymore.
