Good Points
It was relatively easy to arrange the policy (for my 83 year old mother) online.
Bad Points
My mother fell on holiday and broke her ankle. Saga were unable to provide any sort of medical care, and they took 3 full days to fly her to a British hospital.
General Comments
Saga's staff seemed to be well trained in fobbing off the customer. Delaying tactics, and generally doing anything to avoid spending money to help a travel insurance claimant.

I found this review very helpful because - concise and clear (plus we are having a very bad time with saga travel insurance and it's interesting to read other's experiences)
