Gives an effctive and useful view of a wrestlers viewpoint in a match, also gives a great description of Michael's past with helpful anecdotes to illustrate his points.

Anyone who isn't a fan of the WWE will not understand this book for the most part.

It is difficult to describe Heartbreak and Triumph: The Shawn Michaels Story in terms of an autobiography, it gives a great review of Micheals childhood and life in general. However it also seems to give help to people who want to be pro wrestlers themselves as he descibes how he got into the business that became his life.
It is an inspirational piece as well as a great read and any fan of the WWE or Shawn Micheals himself will enjoy reading it.
