Good website. Works fine so long as you only bank online.
Bad Points
Communications by phone are very bad. Now most banking is done through call centres, and it is impossible to have continuity of personnel, so they just don't know you and can only apply rules from a script. No initiative. High charges for overdraft and setting up loan facilities.
General Comments
I have banked with Bank of Scotland online for many years; both personal and business, and it used to be very good. It all went rapidly down hill after the merger with Halifax. I now have to use two different websites for business and personal banking.
