General Comments
This is the first time that I have booked with Holiday Hypermarket and I was very impressed!
I haven't been on the holiday yet, but I was so happy with the service that I had to comment.
The web site was very helpful and easy to use.
The lady at Reservations has to be the most helpful lady I have
ever spoken to. She was efficient and called me back on several different occasions as promised. She was friendly, helpful and kind.
I found that the holiday was very good value for money, for what we are getting.
I can't recommend Holiday Hypermarket enough, and I feel that the reservations lady should get a gold medal.
