Good Points

No hassle, take as long as you wish to look around. Staff very helpful when you need to have a chat. Plenty of selection, particular types of cars are grouped together, which may help or not in your decision making. In my case, I went in for a Rover 75 and came out with a Citroen. So many cars, so little money.


Bad Points

You could spend all day there. Out in the open, so if it rains as it did when I visited, you may get a little wet, I think they do provide umbrellas though.


General Comments

The Car People, Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester is well situated, near to the M60, once there, there are no problems parking. I purchased my Citroen from them in May 2005 and have had no problems to date, touch wood. I certainly would have no hesitation to buy from them again. However, always remember if the car you are after is not there, ask one of the sales team if they could obtain one for you, you never know, and there is always another day to look round, the stock is always changing.

    Thanks for reviews. Was initially looking at buying from Motorpoint in Derby but took note of the poor reviews. Will certainly be going to the Car people.
