You know there is always someone there who you can talk to, and they never give up on you, and never ever put you down.
General Comments
Diet With Us is my lifeline through good times and bad, and I will always be grateful for the good advice and help that I receive from my new friends, and knowing that we are all in the same boat. It is nice to know that you can talk to someone when you are depressed, and they will listen to you.

Sue.....I had a look at your link and on the homepage there's an advert for some tavern extolling the qualities of one of its beers. I think the calorific content of beer is too high for dieters and could possibly cause a little 'rebound hunger'.
