Good Points

Switchable Faceplate, Relatively Quick Charge Time.


Bad Points

First phase has a lot of bugs, composer software is horrible, reception is horrible.


General Comments

OK well, I got my V60i when they were first released here in the US, so, I was expecting a few minor bugs, and Verizon told me that they would gladly update the software in the phone when Motorola released the second phase (Supposedly with no bugs). About a month after I got my phone, it started shutting itself off randomly in the middle of my calls, even if it had full reception and battery. So, I took it in and the people at Verizon had told me that I was charging my battery too much...Mind you, I was charging it whenever it said "Low Battery". So, they told me my only option was to buy a new battery, which isn't cheap for most cell phones. But, I bought the new battery. Then, about a month later, Motorola released the second phase of V60i's (with the new software). I brought in my phone, and Verizon upgraded my software for no charge. It was fine for 4 or 5 months. Then, it basically did a master reset without my permission, and everything in my phonebook, all my settings, all my ringers, etc. were deleted. I brought in my phone, insisting that they give me a new phone, because I doubted that Motorola would release a phone that would dump its memory every 6 months. However, the people at Verizon told me that there was nothing they could do, because "things happen". So, i took my phone to a bon fire and melted it. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!
