Good Points

Goods usually arrive well within 5 days, and returns are easy to send back either by courier or post. Post Office is quicker, as you can wait 3 days for a caller to collect it.
The goods are generally in a good condition when they arrive.


Bad Points

The customer service has gone down hill fast over the past 12 months. I have been with Kays for approximately 9 years. Some items now arrive in poor condition, items go missing by post very often ie DVD's and CD's, and Kays are reluctant and slow to adjust your account.


General Comments

Kays is not as good as it once was. Customer service is poor, goods go missing, and they are not very understanding towards any problems you may have.
