General Comments

I had nothing but problems with my Peugeot 206 since I bought it the engine light keep flashing on the screen days after I got it. When I told the garage they said unless the light stayed on for more than a few seconds it was not a problem, months later had problems with brakes had problems with horn working when it felt like it also same for indicator lights (covered by warranty as it is 5 years on these parts). Then the year after warranty was out I was on a busy dual carraigeway when the car lost all power and that engine light flashed again and the car just came to a halt. Luckily no one was hurt as it was early on a Sunday morning not much traffic. The garage said it was the ESI unit had gone the main brain if you like of the car, it controls everything lights,power,alarm etc this cost nearly €1000 to be fixed. 2 weeks later the car was back again this time for some other problem under the bonnet again that would cost me €400. While the car was in the garage I said I would get it serviced too at a cost of €200 only for when I got it back everytime I turn the key to start the car it bleeps as if somethings wrong and also automatic lights & wipers no longer worked. When I told garage about the bleeping they said if they messed around trying to get rid of the bleep they could mess other features up and that the bleeping wasn't a problem the car was fine. A week later was coming off the motorway and again the car loses power and shuts down but then I hear the bleep that until now I only ever heard just after I turned the key, so the car is AGAIN back in the garage and has been for the last three days as don't exactly now what the problem is or how to fix it!
