I emailed the UK Camera Store in reference to a particular camera that I was interested in. I wanted to know if it was in stock, and if it was a UK spec etc. I received an automated reply saying someone would be in touch soon. This was over a week ago, and I still have had no reply. If this is the customer service you get from just a simple email, what kind of service would you get by making a purchase? As first impressions count, this was not the best impression to give to a prospective customer, and as such a sale has been lost!!

I found this review unhelpful because who knows how your email read? Did you put a subject on it? Was the subject relevant? Was your email succinct or perhaps waffled a bit? Was it rude or silly? I've sold a handful of things on eBay and some of the questions I get can seem silly. Even so, I do reply to them but that is from just a few items, this website may get hundreds of emails daily, and if they keep prices low by being a very small outfit then they probably considered your email was probably not worth replying to, or it may have been overlooked. So the thing about your email is we just don't know about it in detail so on it's own, your comment, in my opinion, is unhelpful. I am probably going to order a Panasonic DMC-FZ28 from this company. I've searched Google intensively for bad feedback and yours is so far the only one I've encountered.
