Good Points

From the very first contact to the last it has been a pleasure to buy from them. The sales director is particularly knowledgeable and engaging. He displayed a refreshing expertise on all the products and materials they sell and that are available on the wider market. He was thoroughly professional in the manner in which he took time to guide me through my various options so that I selected the most suitable products, and not the most expensive! Now that they are installed in my house, and judging by the comments I have received, I can definitely say that I made the best choice!


Bad Points

On the first occasion, they were so busy advising clients that I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. Having said that, they did acknowledge my presence and were keen to attend to me as soon as they were free.


General Comments

When refurbishing our house in Hampstead we came across many different suppliers of stoneware products around London who were keen for our business. At Acantha Lifestyle we were able to find exactly what we wanted; stylish products made of top quality materials at competitive prices, with the sort of service that you often only receive when you are a large company. We'll be back!
