Good Points

Suction power initially. Beater-bar good, but gets clogged with hair quickly and needs frequent cleaning to be effective


Bad Points

The Wand! The wand (tall upright stick assembly) has been replaced twice and still the accessories and tube fall apart. I can vacuum the stairs and half way through the stair tool will drop off, so I'm left holding it on whilst vacuuming! Infuriating!


General Comments

Lousy for the money, I expect a £200 vacuum to last 10 years in once/week use, not the 3 it's lasted us. Adopt Dyson at your peril! I'm going to blow it up shortly, video it then send it round the internet to help "advertise" my experiences. Grrr!
