General Comments

13 months and 4 replacements with this phone. A real joy to use at first, but every model would last 6 weeks before beginning reception problems. The reception bars would never give the slightest hint to whether I would get to send my message or ring up a friend. By 12 weeks this would be constant and frequently I would get 'no network' but this made no difference as no calls worked anyway. Now I don't know if this was the way I used the phone (in my jeans pocket all day) or the phone itself, but it happened to all 4 models they sent almost exactly as the one before. It was a nice phone though, and I miss it when it was good. The menus and features were great as was the joystick. I wouldn't recommend a camera attachment though, if like mine it has been upgraded to a T68i. Sending pictures is still far too much hassle than it's worth. Of course, the best point was the battery - almost everlasting and recharged in minutes! But unfortunately for me it was no use as I spent half the year rebooting the phone to try and get some reception. And now a final warning to people like me who keep there phones in their pockets - with T68 in my pocket I would get static electric shocks everywhere, usually five or six a day and bad enough to make me dizzy. When it was left at home or off being replaced - no static shocks. Sony Ericsson refused to comment on this when I emailed them.
