General Comments

Fantastic website. I searched the web and could not find the video I wanted (a Panasonic NVHV61ES) cheaper. Two colours were available: black or silver. Everywhere else sold the silver one at a higher price than the black but Appliance Direct allowed me to choose silver and have it at the same price as the black! After you order they telephone you within two working days to advise on the availability of the product ordered and to arrange delivery and until they do this they do not take any payment from you. During the telephone call they also ask for your card details to make sure that it is you who has ordered so to protect customers from the possibility of fraud. I ordered at about 1am on Monday 2nd January. At around 10am the same day I received a phone call from their customer services department confirming availability and arranging delivery. Amazingly the video was delivered the next day - and even the delivery man was friendly! This was totally fantastic customer service and I heartily recommend them.
