Good Points

When I had to claim it was handled promptly and efficiently, with minimal but appropriate communication.


Bad Points

I had to pay out over £500 on a claim of £3834, but then a 15% excess was in the small print on all claims over £500. But, the renewal premium increased from £129.91 to £418.09 - not exactly value for money!


General Comments

AXA have reconfigured their pet insurance, increasing the vet fees limit to £7000 and removing the 15% excess, but I think a 320% premium hike is totally excessive.
